External Annual Audit Return Papers – Currently Parish Councils are required under the Accounts and Audit Regulations to provide a physical “wet ink” signature Parish Council when signing the AGAR. However, this does not allow Yalding Parish Council to fully comply with the Accessibility Regulations. The AGAR is a scanned copy and therefore not fully compliant with the Regulations.
The Parish Council hereby gives notice that it has completed, signed and published the Annual Governance and Unaudited Statement of Accounts for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.
An Internal Audit has been completed, the external audit will be completed by the appointed External Auditor, Forvis Mazars, Newcastle office via 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU.
